Marrow is an AI-powered voice assistant that helps you with tasks, information retrieval, and productivity. The service is powered by Google Gemini and OpenAI models, and is subject to their respective terms and usage policies.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

Use Marrow only for lawful purposes
Not use the service to generate, distribute, or request illegal content
Not abuse, spam, or attempt to overload the service
Not share your account credentials with others
Comply with Google Gemini and OpenAI usage policies at all times
Not attempt to bypass usage limits or feature restrictions of your plan

4. Account and Subscription

Your account is personal and non-transferable
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
Subscription fees are billed monthly via Paddle
You can cancel anytime from your account settings
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period

5. Service Availability

Marrow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. AI models may occasionally produce inaccurate information.

6. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

Violate these terms
Abuse the service
Engage in illegal activity
Attempt to harm the platform or other users

7. Limitation of Liability

Marrow and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or reliance on AI-generated content.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
