Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Full Refund
We offer a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 7 days of your initial payment
- You have not used the service (zero commands sent to Marrow)
If both conditions are met, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
2. How to Request a Refund
Email support@themarrow.in with:
- Your account email address
- Reason for refund request
- Date of purchase
We will verify your usage and process eligible refunds promptly.
3. No Refund Scenarios
Refunds are NOT available if:
- More than 7 days have passed since payment
- You have used the service (sent any commands to Marrow, used voice features, etc.)
- You are requesting a refund for a previous billing cycle
4. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
