Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 25, 2026
MARROW is built on one principle: your data belongs to you. This page explains exactly what we collect, what we don't, and what rights you have — in plain English.
What we collect
We collect only what is necessary to run MARROW for you:
- Your email address — for account login
- Your preferred name — optional, for personalization
- Conversation history — stored while your subscription is active
- Usage statistics — commands sent and voice characters used per month
- Billing information — processed securely by Paddle, never stored by us
What we never collect
We want to be explicit about this:
- We never store your emails. MARROW reads them through Google's secure API in real time. Nothing is saved to our servers.
- We never store your voice. Voice is processed live through ElevenLabs and Gemini and immediately discarded.
- We never sell your data. Not to advertisers. Not to anyone.
- We never track you outside the MARROW application.
Who processes your data
MARROW uses the following trusted services:
- Google OAuth — secure account connection for Gmail and Calendar. Google's privacy policy applies to your Google data.
- Gemini (Google) — AI processing for your commands
- ElevenLabs — voice synthesis for spoken responses
- Paddle — payment processing. We never see or store your card details.
- Supabase — secure encrypted data storage for your account
How long we keep your data
- Active subscriptions: data kept while your account is active
- Cancelled accounts: conversation history deleted within 30 days
- Billing records: kept as required by law
Your rights
You can at any time:
- Access your data from your account settings
- Request a full copy of your data by emailing support@themarrow.in
- Delete your account and all associated data permanently
- Opt out of optional data collection
Security
All data is stored with encryption at rest using Supabase infrastructure. We follow industry-standard security practices. If you have a security concern, contact us immediately at support@themarrow.in.
Children
MARROW is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email before the change takes effect.
