- Track your usage against plan limits
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Respond to support requests

- All data is stored securely using Supabase with encryption at rest
- Conversation history is retained for the duration of your active subscription
- We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data
- Your data is completely safe with Marrow — we take privacy seriously
4. Third Party Services
Marrow uses these third-party services:
- Google Gemini and OpenAI (AI processing)
- ElevenLabs (voice synthesis)
- Paddle (payment processing)
- Supabase (data storage)
These services process data according to their own privacy policies. We do not control their practices.
5. Data Sharing
We do NOT:
- Sell your data to anyone
- Share your data with advertisers
- Use your data for marketing purposes
- Share your conversations with third parties
Your data stays private and secure with Marrow.
6. Your Rights
You can:
- Access your data anytime from your account
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Request a copy of your data
- Opt out of optional data collection
7. Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management only. We do not track you outside of the Marrow application.

- Active accounts: data retained as long as your subscription is active
- Cancelled accounts: conversation history deleted 30 days after cancellation
- Billing records retained as required by law
9. Children's Privacy
Marrow is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
